Peanut Sauce by Makan Malaysia

This dark roasted peanut sauce has been cooked with lemongrass, garlic and tamarind to create an incredibly moreish paste which can be used as a traditional Malaysian satay or to bring flavour to salads, stir-frys, noodles, or rice bowls.
