How do I return an item if I change my mind?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please note that bespoke or perishable items are non-refundable.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging fragile ceramics and glassware, but if an item arrives broken, please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
